Born from patience and crafted with care, Bowhead Bourbon Roast is a tribute to one of the ocean’s most ancient and enduring giants. Bowhead whales can live for more than two centuries, embodying resilience, depth, and timeless wisdom, qualities we’ve sought to capture in every cup.

Our single-origin Guatemalan beans spend 30 days resting inside authentic bourbon barrels, slowly absorbing warm vanilla, caramel, and oak notes before being roasted to order.

The result is a brew as deep and complex as the centuries the bowhead has witnessed. Each sip carries the warmth of bourbon, the soul of exceptional coffee, and the quiet strength of the sea itself. Just as the bowhead matures slowly over time, this coffee’s character is shaped patiently, revealing new depths with every cup.
