We sell freshly roasted coffee and related products through our online store. Products may only be available online and may have limited quantities. All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will be accurate.
4. Orders, Payment, and Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or billing address provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment information for all purchases. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.
We are not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product descriptions and reserve the right to correct them at any time, even after an order has been placed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by carriers.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at help@whalerxcoffee.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests submitted after the 1-day (24 hours) window or for issues resulting from misuse or mishandling.
8. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period until you cancel. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at help@whalerxcoffee.com.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Occasionally, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time and may be limited to certain products, dates, or quantities. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our website are redeemable only for products sold online at whalerxcoffee.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Whale Rx Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
11. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links that we do not control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools or sites.
12. User Comments and Submissions
If you send ideas, suggestions, or other materials, whether online, by email, or otherwise, you grant us the right to edit, copy, publish, and use them in any medium without compensation.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content we deem unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Whale Rx Coffee donates 20% of profits to nonprofit organizations that protect marine wildlife and support ocean conservation. We reserve the right to modify donation partners, programs, and amounts at any time. Details about current nonprofit partners are listed on our site.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that the service and all products delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. By using our site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
