Refund policy
Coffee and Perishable Items
Due to the nature of freshly roasted coffee, we can’t accept returns on coffee products. If something’s wrong with your order, for example: damaged packaging, incorrect item, or anything else, please email us at help@whalerxcoffee.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can help make it right.
Non-Perishable Items (Merch, gear, etc.)
You may return unused, unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We’ll ask for your order number or receipt to process the return.
To start a return, just reach out to help@whalerxcoffee.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to post.
What can’t be returned
Custom items, perishables, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
Want a different size or item? The fastest way is to place a new order separately and return your current item at same time.
