Shipping policy

At Whale Rx Coffee Co., every bag of coffee is roasted fresh after your order is placed. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Because we sometimes ship from different locations, you might receive  your items in separate packages. This allows us to get your coffee to you faster.  

Coffee and merchandise may come in separate shipments. We’ll always send tracking info as soon as your order ships. Please note that delays with carriers like USPS / UPS / FedEx can occasionally affect transit times.
