We are a small team of doctors and nurses who share two passions: coffee and the ocean. Growing up surrounded by manatees and watching whales migrate, we never lost that connection to the sea. Whale Rx Coffee Co. was born from the desire to bring those two loves together.

How fresh is your coffee?

Roasted only after you order. Shipped directly to you from our U.S. roasters so it reaches you fresh as the tide.

Where do you source your beans?

From the world’s most celebrated coffee regions: Central and South America, Africa, and Asia. Each with flavor as distinctive as the marine life we protect.

What grind size should I choose: coarse, standard, or espresso?

Choose coarse grind if you’re brewing with a French press, percolator or cold brew. Go with standard (medium) grind for drip machines or pour-over. Pick espresso grind if you’re using an espresso machine or moka pot. Each grind is tailored to bring out the best flavor in your brew.

How much do you donate?

Twenty percent of our profits. Always.

How often are donations made?

Every quarter, like the steady rhythm of the ocean.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Subscriptions make sure your coffee never runs out, and your impact for the ocean never stops.

Do you offer larger bag sizes of coffee?
